We were recommended Sharpstone by our kitchen company and WOW they seriously were the best part of the whole process. From Jack doing the templates to the guys fitting it was just effortless with perfection. We have since had a table top made to match which has finished off the project to another level, the compliments are endless. Sharpstones aftercare is amazing too. When stupid me damaged the upstand Paul couldn’t have been more accommodating and two weeks later everything is back to the way it was. EXCEPTIONAL from start to finish! The whole experience was a breeze. Lizzy, Neve and Paul in the office were amazing. I even got a slice of cake 🍰 (member of staff call Ray’s birthday) with a proper Yorkshire brew ☕️. They made me feel special. They had the Quartz I liked and in the thickness (20mm) I wanted. The templater Andreas and Vinnie, were very good and professional, answering all my questions. Andreas and Vinnie came back to fit, with Tommy, and it was done quickly and to a very high standard. We are very happy with our quartz and the professional (but friendly) service provided. Paul and his team did a great job with the vein match, we have had many compliments on the quartz since. Paul even produced images of the quartz layout with calacatta vein match, which he reviewed with us (prior to the quartz being cut) to ensure we were satisfied with how it will look. Absolute stellar service by Paul and the team. Paul was always available on phone - and really went the extra mile to follow up without being pushy at any point during the process. They were able to draw up a deal for me on a stone I really wanted but was initially out of my price range. The fitting team were also fantastic (thanks James & lads) - genuine pros. They were able to achieve a flawless vein match for my waterfall edge worktop on the island. I couldn't be any happier with the end product.
