Initially they said it would be 7-10 days lead but was 5 weeks but this wasn’t a massive concern. Other than that good communication, great product, great installation, easy payments!

We initially got in touch to discuss options for a catflap in either a smaller or full height patio panel, and Aaran gave us both quotes and assistance in selecting the more suitable option. After having an installer come in and discuss the final selections, who was extremely polite and knowledgeable, we ordered (paid half) and awaited installation. Within the expected timeframe, the same installer came around and replaced the panel quickly and smoothly. Now the cats have full access to the garden when we want them to and no need for us to be concierges. Heartily recommend them and should we need to, we'll use them again.

I was looking for a firm who could not only supply a custom sized mirror, but would also come and checking all measurements before proceeding and complete the fitting as I wanted a professional job. My experience with Aaran glass was fantastic. They asked me for initial measurements and based on what I gave them, gave me a quote. They mentioned it would only change if when they measured it, it was vastly different. They office were great in booking in appointments and also rearranging on one instance to a date and time suited to us. The mirror I needed was "rectangle" but there was a little difference in the size on one side. The mirror was made to fit the area perfectly and you wouldn't even tell it wasn't a perfect rectangle as it covers the whole desired area. Fitting was really quick after the measurements were taken. I am delighted with the work and the company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again if needed.

Working with this team was a dream ! They were very accommodating with my baby’s nap times ! The cat glad is perfect and it was a much smaller job than what I thought it would be ! I couldn’t rate Saran glass more highly !

I’m very happy indeed with the installation of my new window cat flap! The whole process was super easy. After an initial conversation, someone came to measure up quickly when I wasn’t even home, the window was made up within just over a week, and the installation was so quick and easy that I couldn’t quite believe it! The man who came to fit it (I think his name was Steve) was completely lovely and helpful. And most importantly it works very well, my cat started using it within two days, and it has changed both of our lives! Highly recommend.
